I used the gigi azulene wax and the pre-epilation oil and had fabulous results. This is a great wax for sensitive areas. It's much more comfortable than the brazilian hard wax, and I had a lot less swelling. FYI--it's a good idea to take two ibuprofen before getting a bikini wax. Top to learn more

This wax is sooo gentle. I used to not wax my legs because its so painful. But with this wax, it really isn't painful at all. I love this wax so much, and use it for most of my clients. If hairs are very thick and coarse then this wax doesn't work. I use honey wax for those clients instead. Love this wax! I am so happy with it. Top to learn more

I have been waxing for years, and it does take years to realllllly get down the art of waxing yourself. I have tried a large number of waxes.....from cold to hot, and have found that Nair Microwavable Wax, is a complete package with everything you need to perform the job. It heats up the easiest, cools down the slowest, takes the most hair off, and being water soluble is the easiest to get rid of that sticky feeling you are left with after waxing, as well as being able to get it off of anything you may drip it on......oh, and it smells yummy !! I was lost, trying to find it in stores (and I am down to two boxes of it, I had found on sale years ago and luckily bought about 7 of them !!)....before I ran out and didnt have any to use, I checked here, and not only found it, but at a FANTASTIC price. They are $10.50 plus s/h for one box on the Nair website, and here I paid about $15 for two boxes, with free shipping, having it sent regularly. The good part about waxing, is that it comes...

This actually works
I read all the reviews and bought the more expensive one. When I arrived, the package was damaged, but the product was still sort of usable. It worked but then I saw this version--much cheaper. I decided to send the other one back since it was somewhat broken and get this cheaper one.WELL--guess what? They were the SAME except for handle color (the carry bag was much nicer in the cheaper version!), and the results were very comparable (I felt the less expensive one did a slightly better job--but maybe I was just getting more used to it). I think it's a real kick to do--not much effort (works better when the hair gets a little longer than one day's growth). I am used to waxing and using an epilator, so to me this isn't painful. However, on peach fuzz, it IS painful. And still worth it. I would definitely recommend it. It does NOT replace my good Braun epilator, but it compliments it between times.I went ahead and ordered another one just to have on... Top to learn more
Better than expected
Although slightly different than the photo, this little gadget out-performs my previous one. The spring is finer, allowing it to better grip the hairs. People who say this doesn't work must not be using it right. It's not going to remove every single hair in one pass. I use it while watching TV, rolling it over and over the area until it's smooth. This tool works perfectly. A word of advice - when cleaning, don't pull apart too vigorously like I did my previous one. I stretched it so far the spring didn't return back to shape.
